Playbooks, data, and notes
from the HuddleWatch team
HuddleWatch reads Facebook groups for buying signals, so most of what we publish comes out of that work: which phrases actually precede a purchase, how fast you have to reply before a thread goes cold, and what the numbers look like across the groups we watch. Everything here is written for people selling a service to other people, not for marketers optimising a funnel.

What we write about
Buyer intent
Intent is the difference between someone discussing a problem and someone asking to pay for a fix. These posts cover the definition we use, the keywords that carry it, and how we turn both into a score between 0 and 100.
Facebook groups
Groups are where service buyers ask for recommendations before they ever open Google. We cover which groups are worth joining, what the self-promotion rules really mean, and why scraping them tends to end badly.
Replying and closing
Finding the lead is the easy half. The rest is response time, qualifying in two questions, and writing the first message so it reads like a person rather than a pitch — including the reply template we keep coming back to.
Getting clients
Channel-level economics for small teams: referrals versus inbound, what each channel actually costs, and how to price the work once it lands. For the trade-specific version, read the guides by profession.
