Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of huddle.watch and everything on it. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

HuddleWatch monitors Facebook groups you belong to, scores posts for buyer intent, and delivers the promising ones to your feed. Scores are estimates produced by software. They are not advice, not guarantees, and you are responsible for deciding who to contact and how.

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your login secure.
• One account per person or organisation. Sharing credentials across a team instead of buying seats is a breach of these terms.
• Tell us promptly at support@huddle.watch if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Monitor groups you are not a member of, or that you lack permission to monitor.
• Use HuddleWatch in a way that breaks Meta's terms, a group's rules, or any applicable law.
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or harass anyone you find through the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the service to third parties as your own product without a written agreement.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our source code, models, or scoring logic.
• Probe, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits.

You are solely responsible for complying with the marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws that apply to how you contact the leads we surface.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the group content you direct us to process. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it purely to operate the service for you. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time before the renewal date and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
• Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we agree in writing.
• If a payment fails we may suspend access until it clears.

We aim to keep HuddleWatch running continuously but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and changes Meta makes to its platform can all interrupt monitoring. We may modify or discontinue features; if we retire something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

The service, its software, design, and brand belong to us. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use HuddleWatch while your subscription is active — nothing more.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, expose us to legal risk, or abuse the infrastructure — immediately where the breach is serious. On termination your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that lead scores are accurate, that any lead converts, or that the service will meet your revenue expectations. HuddleWatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after we post them or email you, whichever comes first. Continuing to use HuddleWatch after that means you accept the new version.
