Why members do not get it
Keyword Alerts exist so admins can catch spam and rule-breaking in their own group. Giving every member the same alert across every group they joined would mean indexing group content for people outside the conversation, which is squarely against how Facebook treats closed spaces. The gap is deliberate, so waiting for the feature to ship is not a plan. Asking an admin to forward matches does not scale either: the alert goes to the admin, not to you.
