Lead Value Calculator
What this tells you
This tells you the monthly revenue hiding in the groups you already belong to. Multiply the groups you are in by the high-intent posts each produces per week, then apply your real reply rate, your real close rate, and your average project value. Most people discover the bottleneck is the reply rate, not the number of leads.

Only the ones where your buyers actually post
In a healthy group this is usually 1–3
Be honest — this is the number that usually breaks the model

At those numbers
- High-intent posts / month
- 52
- Replies you send
- 21
- New clients / month
- 2.5
- Revenue / month
- $6,235
This is arithmetic on the numbers you entered — nothing here is a forecast or a promise about results.
The formula
leads = groups × posts per group per week × 4.33 · replies = leads × reply rate · clients = replies × close rate · revenue = clients × average project value
How to read the result
- If revenue looks large but clients per month is under one, your average project value is carrying the whole model — a single lost deal changes the answer completely.
- Reply rate is almost always the cheapest number to improve. Doubling it doubles revenue without finding a single extra lead.
- If posts per group per week is above three, you are probably counting posts that are not really buying signals.
- If this number is large and you are not making it, the gap is almost never lead volume — it is the reply rate you just entered, which is the one input people quietly round up.
Frequently asked questions
How many leads can one Facebook group produce?
It depends far more on group activity and topic than on size. A 900-member local trades group often produces more genuine hiring posts per week than a 50,000-member national group, where hiring posts get buried.
What is a realistic close rate on group leads?
Group leads usually close better than cold outreach because the buyer asked publicly, but the honest number is whatever your own historical rate is. Use that, not a benchmark from a vendor.
Why does reply rate matter more than lead volume?
Because leads you never answer are worth exactly nothing, and most people already have more leads passing them than they respond to. Fixing response habits is free; finding more groups is not.
